Marie-Christine Exon-Galle’s (MC’s) work with First Assistance has included consultancy services (systems, procedures and protocols), including a full audit of the New Zealand based operations centre in March/April 2004. In 2004, First Assistances appointed MC to conduct monthly reviews at one of our largest clients acting as an overseer to ensure the high level required by the client was provided, any problems were eradicated promptly and efficiently and that large and difficult claims were given appropriate actions.
